Our Refund policy
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
When Customer orders a product, Customer´s card will be charged the amount of the product price after Customer confirms and submits payment information. Young Finnish Design Oy uses Stripe for online payments and submits refund to Customer’s card issuer immediately. Customer sees the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Up to date terms of refunds by Stripe can be found https://stripe.com/docs/refunds.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
(If applicable) If Customer hasn’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If Customer has done all of this and still has not received a refund yet, please contact Young Finnish Design Oy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
